Our office is located in Hassan, down in the Santhi Nagar area on 2nd Cross. If you know the 573201 zip code area, you know it’s a fairly steady part of town. Spml has been here for some time now. Hassan is a nice place to work because it isn't as chaotic as some of the bigger cities in Karnataka, though it has its own rhythm. We occupy a simple space on the street. Nothing about it screams for attention. We just have our sign up and our doors open during regular hours. Usually, the mornings are quiet, and we use that time to get through the bulk of our paperwork. The staff here is local, so we all speak the language and know the shortcuts around Santhi Nagar. Sometimes the rain in this part of the state makes things a bit slow, but we just carry on. We aren't interested in being the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to make sure the things we need to finish today actually get finished. The office has a few desks and some old fans that hum while we work. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby, but we don't mind much. We’ve got our routine down and we stick to it. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of Hassan.
