South Wing Construction Private Limited is our company. We are based in Arsikere Town, specifically at C/O Nagaraja Naik, 1st Cross, Basveshwaranagara. This is in the Arsikere Taluk. We are a small local team. The office is really just a place to store our gear and keep the books in order. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk or looking over some blueprints. We’ve been operating in Arsikere for a long time. Most of our projects are right here in the town or nearby villages. We know the local soil and the weather, which helps with the building work. Nagaraja Naik handles most of the office side of things while the rest of us are out on the sites. It is a straightforward way of working. We don't use any complicated software or fancy presentations. We just show people what we can do. The 1st Cross is a quiet street, so it’s a good place to think and plan. Sometimes we have a few people stop by to ask about work, and we just talk to them normally. No sales pitches or anything like that. We are just local people doing construction. It’s been a steady business for us. We don't have any big plans to expand to the city; we are happy right here in Arsikere Taluk. It’s where our families are and where we know the people. It keeps us busy.
