You can find us over at 27/448 on the Hoysalanagar Main Road. Being in Krishnaraja Pura means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the traffic passing by our front door. It’s a busy road, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get somewhere else. Our space is mostly filled with the materials we handle, and there isn't much room for anything else. We usually have the doors wide open so we can see what’s happening on the street and wait for the next delivery to arrive. The floor is usually a bit dusty because of all the stuff moving in and out, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We’ve got a small desk tucked in the corner where we keep the books and handle the phone calls. Sometimes the rain comes down hard and we have to move everything back from the entrance quickly so nothing gets soaked. It’s a simple way of living and working. We know the tea seller down the road and the guys at the other shops nearby. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders as long as the work gets finished. It gets hot under the tin roof in the summer, but we just drink more water and keep moving. It’s a plain, honest spot where we put in our hours every single day without much fuss.
