Our operation is based out in Nerlige, which is a small place near Javagal in the Arsikere Taluk of Hassan District. It’s a more rural setting than some of our other spots, surrounded by a lot of greenery and open space. The office is actually at the home of K.S. Sadashiva's son, which gives it a very local, personal feel. It’s not a corporate building by any means. We do most of the administrative work right there, sitting around a table and going over the plans for the local infrastructure. Being out in Hassan means we are often working on roads or sites that are far away from the main towns, so we have to be very careful with our planning. We can't just run to a store if we forget a tool. The people working here are mostly from the nearby villages. We know each other's families and how the local land behaves during the rainy season. It’s a quiet way of working compared to the big cities. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy slogans for us. We just handle the tasks as they come, whether it’s fixing a tractor or figuring out the best route for a new pipeline. It’s a simple life, focused on getting the projects done correctly and making sure everyone gets home safe at the end of the day.
