H N Bangar Masala

Our place is out in the Belur Industrial Area at number 175. If you know where Shiva Prakash Kirani is, we are right near their general stores. H N Bangar Masala is basically a functional warehouse and a work floor where we get our daily tasks done. It’s quite dusty out here most days because of all the heavy trucks moving around the industrial zone. We don't have a fancy storefront with glass doors or air conditioning. It’s more of a rugged, practical space. I usually get here very early in the morning before the sun gets too hot to work comfortably. There’s always a lot of lifting and noise from the grinders and the transport vehicles. It’s not exactly the quietest place to spend your day, but it’s where we do our business. We’ve been in this specific spot for some time now. Dealing with spices in an industrial setting means you have to be okay with a bit of a mess. The air always has a sharp kick to it from the peppers we process. We focus on getting the orders out to the local shops that depend on us. It’s a lot of manual labor, to be honest. We don't really do the whole corporate or polished thing. We just talk to the truck drivers and the store owners who stop by. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. That's just how it goes here in this part of Belur.
