Golden Bean Coffee Curing Works

We’ve been here at 82-47 Ashoka Road in Sakleshpur for a while now. Most people know us for the coffee curing work we do. It’s a busy place, especially when the harvest comes in from the local estates. There is always a lot of noise from the machines and the smell of raw beans drying in the sun. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the curing works where we get the coffee ready for the next step. If you walk down Ashoka Road, you can't really miss the building. It’s where the trucks pull in. We mostly just focus on getting the beans sorted and dried properly. It's a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the weather so the beans don't get ruined. We have a few guys who have worked here for years and they know exactly how the coffee should look. It's not glamorous work, but it needs to be done right if you want good coffee at the end of the day. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when everyone shows up at once, but we manage to get through it. We just keep our heads down and handle the beans as they come. It’s what we do here in Sakleshpur. Nothing more to it than that, really. Just hard work and a lot of coffee beans moving through the gates every day.
