Our location is a bit unique because we are based at 43/6, CVD Line, right in the Delhi Cantt area. It’s near Sadar Bazar, but since it’s a military-supervised zone, things are a lot more orderly than the rest of the city. We operate care of Padmanand Jha at this address. You have to go through some checks to get into this part of New Delhi, which makes the office feel very secure and quiet. The buildings around here have that old-fashioned look, with thick walls and high ceilings. We handle our projects from a couple of rooms that stay surprisingly cool even in the peak of summer. There’s a lot of greenery around the CVD Line area, which is a nice change from the concrete of central Delhi. Our workspace is filled with folders, technical drawings, and old desks that have seen a lot of use. We don't have fancy lights or modern decor. It’s just a place where we sit down and get the work done. People who visit us usually comment on how calm it is here compared to the noise of Sadar Bazar just a short distance away. We enjoy the routine and the discipline of being in the Cantt area. It’s a solid, reliable place for us to be based while we manage our different projects. We just stick to our schedule and make sure the files are updated correctly every afternoon before we close up. That is how we work.
