Prakash Industry Limited

Prakash Industry Limited is based out of Bahadurgarh in Haryana. If you know the area, you know it’s a big hub for factories and plants. We are right in the middle of all that activity. The air is always a bit dusty, and there is a constant sound of machinery from the neighbors. Our place isn't anything you’d call pretty. It’s a practical building meant for work, not for showing off. We spend most of our hours making sure the production stays on track and the staff is doing what they need to do. There isn't a lot of time for sitting around. We have a small office area where we keep the records, but it’s usually quite cramped with samples and boxes. We don't use any fancy management software; mostly just notebooks and a simple computer setup. The workers here are mostly locals who have been with us for years. We all know each other’s names. We don't go in for big meetings or long speeches. Usually, we just talk over a cup of tea near the main gate. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially in the peak of summer when Haryana gets really hot. But we get the work done. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write nice things about us. We just let the products speak for themselves when they reach the customers. It’s honest, hard work every single day for the whole team here.
