Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.

Our Hisar office for Simplex Infrastructures Ltd is located at 114, Professor Colony, right off Balsamand Road. It’s a decent area, mostly houses and some local shops nearby. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a front room where we keep most of the files and a couple of back rooms for the engineers to sit and look over plans. In Hisar, the summers are incredibly hot, so the AC is usually humming in the background all day long. We get a lot of dust blowing in from the road, so there’s always a bit of cleaning to do in the mornings. It’s not a fancy setup, just a place to get the work organized. We talk to a lot of local guys about the materials we need for the projects around Haryana. Most of us have been working in this industry for years, so we don't need a lot of direction. We just know what needs to be done. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the local news or whatever is happening on the Balsamand Road. It’s a straightforward way of working. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We’re just here to make sure the infrastructure projects move along like they’re supposed to. We focus on the task at hand and don't worry too much about the rest of the noise around us.
