Balaji Rubber Indestries

Balaji Rubber Indestries is located at number 1359 in MIE Part-B, which is in Bahadurgarh. The area is full of different factories, and ours is one of the ones that deals with rubber. Because of that, there is always a very specific smell in the air when you get close to the building. It is a scent of rubber and chemicals that you eventually stop noticing once you have been here for an hour. The building itself is a plain concrete structure with a heavy iron door. Inside, we have rows of molds and presses that we use throughout the day. The heat from the machines makes the room very warm, so we keep the big doors open as much as we can. We usually have a lot of stock piled up in the corners, waiting to be sent out. The roads in MIE Part-B can be a bit rough, especially when it rains and the potholes fill up with water. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving from one machine to the next and checking the quality of the rubber parts. It is a messy job, and our clothes usually have black marks on them by the end of the shift. We have a small area where we keep a stove for making tea, which is a big part of our daily routine. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just making rubber goods and trying to keep everything organized in a place that is always a bit chaotic.
