Cherry Company

We are based out of Harohalli, at 2-47-16. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which suits us just fine. Cherry Company isn't a massive corporation; it’s just a few of us working out of this building. We handle a variety of things depending on the season and what people are asking for. The office part of the building is just a couple of desks and a lot of paper. We aren't big on digital stuff, so there are ledgers and files all over the place. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we’re looking for, but we always get there in the end. The yard outside is where most of the action happens. We spend the day loading and unloading things, making sure the orders match the slips. It’s physical work and you end the day feeling pretty tired. Harohalli is a good place to be, and we’ve gotten to know the other business owners nearby. We occasionally grab a coffee together and talk about the cost of electricity or the local news. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do our work, get paid, and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward way to live. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big delivery comes in unexpectedly. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized as much as we can in a small space. It’s a living and it keeps us occupied.
