Minerva Healthcare Scientific Pvt. Ltd. is based out in the KSSIDC Industrial Area, specifically in Block C3 near the Yantrapura Post. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of activity around us with trucks and other businesses. We focus on healthcare and scientific equipment or supplies. It is a very practical setup here. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that because most of our time is spent in the back handling the inventory and making sure orders are correct. It can get quite dusty in this part of town, especially in the summer months when the wind picks up. We've been in this building for some time now. The staff here knows the routine well. We usually start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. Most of what we do is just managing the supplies and getting them where they need to go. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is steady work. We see a lot of the same delivery drivers every week. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area, which is a bit of a pain, but we manage with the backup. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It’s a quiet enough team, mostly just locals from around the Yantrapura area. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the boxes are packed right for the hospitals and labs. It's a lot of heavy lifting and checking lists, but that's how we spend our days.
