Our place is at S-250 in Shivalik Nagar, right near the B.H.E.L. side of Haridwar. It’s a decent neighborhood, a bit quieter than the main ghat areas of the city. We have been operating from this spot for some time. The office is small, but it works for us. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting here with a ledger or checking the phone for messages. Shivalik Nagar has a lot of people working at the factory nearby, so there is always some movement in the mornings and evenings. We started this because we knew the roads well. Driving around here takes patience, especially when the festivals are on and the streets get blocked. We don’t have a big team, just a few reliable people who know how to handle the traffic. Sometimes we are out on the road ourselves. The office gets a bit dusty with the wind blowing, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. It's just a regular local business. We don't use fancy computers for everything; most things are still written down in books. Neighbors drop by to borrow a tool or just to say hello. It feels like a community here. We take care of our vehicles behind the building. When the monsoon comes, the roads get tricky, but that’s just how it is in Uttarakhand. We keep things moving as much as we can. It is a steady way to live for us.
