Unbox Buildtech Constructions Private Limited is tucked away in the Shivalik Ganga Vihar area of Roshnabad. Specifically, we are at SG-I/58 in the Tehri Visthapit Colony. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but that’s where you’ll find our home base. We work on all sorts of construction projects around Haridwar. Our daily life involves a lot of muddy boots and phone calls to suppliers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s satisfying to see a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished structure. We use the space here to manage our crews and store our tools. The weather in Uttarakhand can be a real challenge for building, but we’ve learned how to work around the rain and the cold. We keep our operation pretty lean so we can stay focused on the actual building work. You won’t find any fancy suits in our office, just people who know how to read a level and handle a shovel.
