Traveller Destinations

We are located on Jassaram Road in Haridwar, not too far from the railway station. If you walk past the Niranjani Akhada, you'll find us. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people coming and going from the trains. We started this because we know the area well and saw that people often need help figuring out where to go once they arrive. Haridwar is a crowded place, especially during the big festivals, so having a base near the station helps. We help with cars, hotel bookings, and planning trips to the nearby hills. It's not a corporate office with uniforms or anything like that. Just a few of us sitting here, taking calls and talking to walk-ins. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, but we get the work done. We know the local drivers and which hotels are decent for a night's stay. Most days we are just busy keeping track of who is arriving when. It's a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in ledgers. If you're coming off a long train ride and feel a bit lost in the crowd, we're just a short walk away. We try to keep things simple and honest about what to expect on the road. The traffic in Haridwar can be a mess, so we usually suggest leaving early. That way you don't get stuck behind a procession.
