Our main spot is over in the Bhel Industrial Estate in Ranipur. It’s an older industrial area, but it definitely works for the kind of stuff we do here. Texplas (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been around this part of Ranipur for quite a bit of time now. The roads around the estate can get a little bit dusty with all the big trucks coming in and out at all hours, but that’s just a normal part of being in a manufacturing zone. We spend the majority of our time on the shop floor or dealing with the logistics of moving raw materials. It’s mostly about plastic and textiles, which is why the name is what it is. We have some older machines that keep us very busy from morning until evening. It is certainly not a quiet place to work, but it is very productive. Most of the staff live in the local area, so we have a really good group of regulars who know the routine. We don’t spend much time on fancy office work or meetings. Most of it is hands-on and practical. We get the daily orders, check the current inventory, and see what needs to be loaded onto the trucks. The building isn’t anything special to look at from the outside, just a practical space for our equipment and supplies. Sometimes the power flutters when the weather is bad, but we have some backups. It’s just how things go here.
