We are based at Plot Number 249 on Jassa Ram Road in the Devpura area. Our office is quite close to the little alley known as Shiv Murti Wali Gali. It’s a good location because it’s easy to get to but just far enough from the main road noise. We run a small tour operation here, mostly focusing on helping people see Haridwar and the nearby hill stations. We don't have a big, fancy lobby with air conditioning and sleek furniture. It’s just a practical space where we keep our files and meet with people. Most of our work involves arranging cars and talking to pilgrims about their plans for the Char Dham Yatra. We often go out to check on the mountain roads ourselves, especially after it rains, because things can change fast up there. We believe in being honest about how long a journey will take. If the roads are bad, we tell people it’s going to be a long day. We don’t want anyone feeling stuck or unhappy later on. Devpura is a lively neighborhood, and we know many of the people who work in the shops around us. We aren't trying to build a massive company; we just want to provide a reliable service for those who need it. It’s a simple way of living, and we enjoy meeting all the different people who come to this holy city for peace.
