You can find Suri Tour & Travel on Jassa Ram Road right near Niranjani Akhara Bagh. This is a busy part of Haridwar with a lot of religious activity and people walking around. The office is located in a spot where we can see the crowds heading towards the ghats. It is a lively atmosphere every single day. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything. One minute I am answering the phone and the next I am helping someone with their bags. We don't have any polished speeches or brochures. We just talk to people like we would to anyone else. The furniture in the office has been around for years and it’s seen a lot of visitors. We keep a big calendar on the wall to track where everyone is going. The Niranjani Akhara is just a stone's throw away so we get a lot of atmosphere from there. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s more like a family-run shop where things get done in their own time. We have a lot of regular customers who have been using us for years. They know where we are and they know we will be here when they need a ride. We just stay focused on the daily routine and keep the cars moving through the Haridwar traffic as best we can.
