Success Habitate & Developers Private Limited is located over in Jaspur Khurd. We are right near the Garhwal Sabha, at Leela Devi’s place. It’s a familiar spot for most people living around here. We’ve been working as developers for a while now, mostly focusing on the land and housing needs of the local folks. Our office isn't very big or fancy, but it serves its purpose for meeting neighbors and talking about building plans. We don't go in for all those corporate meetings or long presentations. Usually, it’s just a chat over some chai about where a fence should go or how big a room needs to be. We know the soil and the layout of Jaspur Khurd pretty well because we spend all our time here. Sometimes the paperwork for developing land can be a real headache, but we handle it as it comes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get their homes built so they have a place to stay. It’s busy work and there is always something that needs fixing or a supplier who is running late. But that is just how the development business goes in a small town. We like being part of the community and seeing the houses we worked on being lived in by families we know. It makes all the struggle with the paperwork and the site visits worth it in the end.
