We are located right on Idgha Road in Jwalapur. If you know the area, we are just behind Sharma Atta Chakki in Trimurti Nagar. Most days, we are busy handling bookings and making sure the drivers are ready. It gets quite noisy here sometimes with all the traffic passing through Haridwar. We’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few chairs and a desk where we keep the logs. My family and I live nearby, so I usually walk over early in the morning to open up. You can hear the flour mill nearby throughout the day. People stop by to ask for directions or just to chat while waiting for their cars. We handle a lot of local trips around Haridwar and some longer ones too. The heat in the summer makes it tough, but we keep the fan going. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit. It’s a simple life here. We know most of the people on this street by name. It’s not like those big companies in the city. Here, things move at a different pace. We just try to get the cars where they need to go and make sure everyone is home safe. Every day is different, some days are slow and we just drink tea, other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just keep doing what we do and try to stay on top of things.
