Spice N Nice

You can find Spice N Nice in the Jwalapur area of Haridwar. We are situated very close to the Shankar Ashram Chowk. Haridwar is a busy place with a lot of pilgrims and travelers passing through, so we see all kinds of people every day. Some are in a hurry to get to the ghats, while others are locals who just want a quiet meal. Our restaurant isn't anything elaborate. We have some basic furniture and a kitchen that stays pretty hot throughout the day. We don't have a corporate office or a big management team. It’s mostly just me and a couple of assistants making sure things run smoothly. We get our supplies from the nearby shops in Jwalapur, so everything is usually quite fresh. The noise from the chowk can be a bit much during peak hours, but that's just the character of the neighborhood. We don't claim to be the best or have any special secrets. We just cook the food the way we've been doing it for years. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the crowd is bigger than expected, but we try to keep everyone happy. It’s a small, practical business. We focus on keeping the floors swept and the plates clean. If you're near Shankar Ashram and you're hungry, you can just walk in. We’ll be here from morning until the streets get quiet at night.
