Sovi Clinic

Sovi Clinic is located near Har Ki Podi on the Hilby Pass Road in Haridwar. We have been operating here for quite a while now. This area is usually very crowded because of the pilgrims and tourists going to the river. Our clinic is just a simple building. It is not very big, but we have enough space for the patients who come to see us. We see many people every day with different health problems. Some just have a fever or a cold. Others need more help. The road outside can get very noisy with all the traffic. We are used to it by now. We open the doors early in the morning and stay until the evening. Sometimes we stay later if there are still people waiting. We do not have a fancy waiting room. There are just some chairs and a table with old magazines. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon. We handle all the patients ourselves and keep track of everything in our registers. It is a lot of work but it is what we do. People in the neighborhood know us well. They often stop by just to say hello even if they are not sick. We like being part of this community. It feels like home to us. We just try to keep things running smoothly and help whoever walks through the door. It is a plain and simple clinic for the local people.
