Our office is on the first floor of the Uttaranchal Shoppingcomplex, which is number 10. It is a handy location right on Haridwar Road, especially since we are so close to the Vidhan Sabha. Being in a shopping complex means there is always something going on around us. We are in the business of developing property, so we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors about various sites. The office itself is pretty plain. We have a few desks and a lot of files piled up. It is not the kind of place where you will find polished marketing brochures. We prefer to just talk to people plainly about what they need. Haridwar Road is always busy, and sometimes the noise from the street comes right up to the first floor. We don't mind it much because it reminds us that the city is growing. People come in to ask about new projects or to see how their current building work is going. We try to be honest about timelines, even when things get delayed by weather or materials. Construction can be a messy business, and we don't try to hide that. We have been here for a bit and have seen many new buildings go up along this stretch of road. We are just a local team doing the daily work of development without any big corporate talk. You can usually find us here during normal hours.
