Sai Cosmetic

We are located in Shivalik Nagar, actually the address just says Shivalik Nagar twice because that is where we are known. It is a residential area with a lot of families, so we get a lot of local people coming in. Sai Cosmetic is a small shop, and we try to keep a bit of everything on the shelves. It is not like those big malls; it is just a local counter where you can get what you need for the day. We spend a lot of time tidying up the bottles and tubes because customers like to pick things up and look at them. The shop gets a lot of light in the morning which is nice. We have a stool behind the counter where we sit when things are quiet, but usually, there is someone coming in for a soap or a hair cream. We know most of our customers by name since they live just a few streets away. It is a friendly place. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. We just try to have the stuff people ask for. Sometimes we run out of things and have to wait for the next delivery, but people are patient. It is a small, honest business in a quiet neighborhood. We like it that way. Just serving the people who live around us. We have been here for a couple of years now and we plan to stay.
