Our office is out in Shyampur, in the Kangari area of Haridwar. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which we actually like. It’s more open here, with more trees and less of that heavy city smoke. We are located right along the stretch where the road starts heading out. Living and working in Shyampur means we see a lot of people passing through on their way to other places. The office is a basic room with a couple of benches. We spend a lot of time outside on the porch when the weather is nice. We deal with cars and travel arrangements all day. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the tourist season hits and the highway gets packed. We’ve lived in Kangari for a long time, so we know the local land very well. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or travelers who see us while driving past. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just call or show up. We make sure the cars are clean and the fuel is topped up. Sometimes we just sit and watch the monkeys in the trees across the road. It’s a relaxed way to run a business. We don't hurry much unless there is a deadline to catch. It’s just how things go out here in the village area. We enjoy the slower pace.
