We operate out of Deep Ganga Apartment, specifically Flat No. 40. It’s over in Sector-5 A Sidcul. It might seem a bit unusual to have an import-export business in a residential block like this, but it works for us. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The Sidcul area is always buzzing with trucks and factories, so being right here makes sense for logistics. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot when we're in a hurry to meet a courier. We deal with all sorts of items coming in and going out. It’s mostly about tracking shipments and making sure the documents are right for the customs people. It gets stressful when there’s a delay, especially with the time zones being different for our suppliers. We have a small desk setup and a lot of folders. The view from the flat isn't much, just more of the industrial sector, but we aren't here for the scenery. We started this because we knew a few suppliers and thought we could make a go of it on our own. It’s just a few of us here. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the changing rules for shipping. It’s a quiet office mostly, unless the phones are all ringing at once. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the apartment number.
