Our company, Sadaya Infra Private Limited, is run out of Flat No. 22F in the Neesu Heritage Greens building. It’s at 256/1, Asaf Nagar in Roorkee. You’ll see the sign for C/O Ravindra Gora there. We decided to keep the office in this residential complex because it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, though the area is growing fast. We do a lot of infra-related work, which means a lot of time spent looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. It’s not a big fancy office building, just a flat where we’ve set up our desks and computers. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a few people over for a meeting, but it works for us. Roorkee is a busy place for construction and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't have a big team of sales people or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We deal with a lot of suppliers and try to keep our projects moving along without too many delays, even though there’s always something that comes up at the last minute.
