We set up RPSA INDIA NIDHI LIMITED right here on the main road in Dhandera. It's easy to find us since we're at Om Wati’s place. Most people around Roorkee know this area pretty well. We’ve been handling things from this office for a bit now. It’s not a big fancy building or anything, just a regular spot where we get our work done every day. We mostly deal with folks from the neighborhood who stop by when they’re passing through. Sometimes the traffic on Roorkee Main Road gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it. We just sit here, keep the records straight, and talk to whoever walks in. It’s a straightforward operation. There are a few of us working together. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just want to stay local. If you’re coming from the city, just look for the sign near Dhandera. We usually have the door open during the day unless it's really dusty outside. People know us by name around here, which makes the work feel more personal. We don't have those automated phone systems or anything like that. When you call or visit, you just talk to one of us directly. It's been this way since we started. We keep things moving and try to stay organized without making it too complicated for everyone involved. We just take it one day at a time here. It works out okay.
