You can find Ravian Life Science Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No. 34 in Sector 8- A, which is part of the Sidcul industrial area. Sidcul is a massive place with lots of different factories and labs, and we are just one of many. Working in an industrial sector like this means the surroundings are all business. Our plot has enough space for our operations, and we’ve set things up to be as efficient as we can. It’s a lot of metal and concrete, but we’ve tried to make the inside of our facility as comfortable as a workplace can be. The commute out to Sector 8- A can be a bit long for some of us, but we’ve gotten used to the route. We spend our hours focused on life science tasks, which means we have to be very mindful of what we are doing at every step. It’s not the kind of job where you can daydream. We have a solid routine that we follow every morning to get things started. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when there are deadlines looming, but we usually manage to get through it together. We don't use much jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people in Sidcul working hard and making sure our part of the process is done right. It’s a simple enough existence and we’re happy with the way things are going.
