It is a good spot because it is quiet enough to talk but close to the main action. People usually wander in after seeing the hotel. We have been here for a good while. The owner is usually around the office. We don't use big words or fancy talk. We just tell you what we can do for your trip. Haridwar has many travelers and we see them all. Behind Kailash Hotel is where we keep our paperwork and take calls. Sometimes the power goes out but we just wait for it to come back. That is life in Haridwar. We know the routes around the Niranjani Akhada area very well. If a car is late we let you know. We don't like keeping people waiting without a reason. Most of our customers are families. They want someone they can talk to normally. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It is just a few of us making sure things run okay.
