If you take the Laksar Road out toward Dhanpura, you’ll eventually hit the village of Padartha where we are based. It’s a different world out here compared to the city. At Patanjali Ayurved Limited, we’re surrounded by a lot of open space and the sound of trucks coming and going. The facility here in Padartha is huge, but when you’re actually working on the floor, it feels more like a giant puzzle we’re trying to put together every day. We deal with so many different products that there’s never a quiet moment. Some mornings the fog is so thick you can barely see the gates, but the work never really stops. We have folks coming in from all the nearby villages to work the shifts. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the raw materials get to where they need to go. We don't spend much time sitting in fancy chairs; most of us are on our feet, checking on the processing or making sure the loading is on schedule. It can be exhausting when the weather gets hot, but there’s a sense of satisfaction in seeing the crates stacked up and ready for the road. Dhanpura is our home base, and even though the company has grown quite a lot, the daily grind here at the village level remains pretty much the same as it’s always been.
