Neha Tour

Neha Tour is located right opposite the railway station in Haridwar. If you walk out of the station gates you can basically see us. It is a very noisy part of town because of all the trains and the crowds of people arriving every hour. We stay open quite a bit because the trains don't really stop coming. The office is small and we often have to squeeze past each other to get to the back. There is always tea being made in the corner and someone is usually on the phone talking about schedules. Being so close to the station means we meet people from all over the country. Some are tired from long journeys and others are just starting their trips. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It is just a few of us working here day and night. We have some old maps on the wall and a lot of logbooks that we keep by hand. The chairs are a bit worn out but they work fine for a quick sit-down. Haridwar is a busy place and being at the heart of the transport hub keeps us on our toes. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people get where they are going once they step off that train. It’s a lot of work but it keeps the day moving fast and the energy is always high around here.
