Our office, Nachiketa (I) Management Services Pvt. Ltd., is sitting at Office No.E-50 in the Industrial Area of Bahadrabad. Being in an industrial area means there is always something going on around us. Machines humming, trucks reversing, and people walking to their shifts are just part of the background. We’ve been in this E-50 spot for a bit now. It’s a functional space, mostly just desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. We handle management services, which means a lot of talking on the phone and looking at spreadsheets. It isn’t the kind of place you’d find in a glossy magazine. It’s a real working office. Bahadrabad is a busy place, and being right in the heart of the industrial zone makes sense for us. We see the same people every day at the little snack stall near the gate. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes, so we just wait it out and chat. We don’t have a lot of rules about how we talk to each other; we just get the work done. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, maybe, but we never seem to find the time. We’re more focused on the clients and the paperwork. Our team is small, and we all know each other’s families. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere, even when things get a bit hectic with deadlines. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward at our own pace.
