We have been operating out of Plot No 86-87 in Sector 6A for quite a few years now. Sidcul is a busy place and our little spot is right in the thick of it. Medicamen Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is just a name on a board outside, but inside, it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. The building isn't anything to write home about, just a sturdy place that keeps our equipment dry and our staff safe. We start the day fairly early, usually before the traffic in the sector gets too bad. The coffee in the breakroom is usually stale, but it gets us going. We don't really have a big public relations team or anything like that. Most of the time, we are just busy with the day-to-day tasks that come with being in the biotech field. It can be a bit repetitive, checking samples and keeping the logs updated, but it's what we do. The office is often a bit messy with papers and folders everywhere because we prioritize the work over having a perfect desk. We have a few windows that look out onto the street, so we can see the delivery trucks coming in. It’s a very practical environment. No one wears suits here unless there’s a really specific reason. We just wear what’s comfortable for a long day on our feet. It's an honest living and we're just regular people trying to do a good job at the plot.
