You can find us over at 206, Tirupati Heights on Roorkee Road. Maukas Dairy Products Private Limited started because we wanted to do something local involving milk and dairy. The office is right in the building there, so we spend a good chunk of our time dealing with paperwork and talking to people who bring us supplies. Dairy is a fast-moving business and you can't really slow down or things go bad. We aren't a giant factory with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us making sure the milk gets where it needs to go. Sometimes the traffic out on Roorkee Road is a real mess and our deliveries get stuck for an hour. That’s just part of living here and we deal with it. We handle all the products ourselves. It’s not always glamorous work and some days we are just scrubbing floors or fixing a cooler that stopped working. We don’t have anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just write what’s necessary and get back to the job. The Tirupati Heights building is pretty easy to spot if you are in the area. We’ve been here for a bit now and the neighbors are used to us. It’s mostly about keeping the supply steady for everyone. We try to keep things very straightforward. No big words are needed for dairy. It involves a lot of early mornings, but that is just the way it is.
