Matrachaaya Clinic

Matrachaaya Clinic is over on the Main Road in the New Haridwar Colony. We are quite close to the Prem Nagar Ashram Ghat, so you can often hear the sounds from that area. It’s a nice spot in Prem Nagar, even if the main road gets a bit loud with all the traffic during the day. The clinic itself is at number 116. It’s not a very big place, just a few rooms where the doctor sees people and a small area for waiting. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local residents know our faces. We see a lot of the same people coming back when their kids get sick or they need their blood pressure checked. It’s a very local feel. We don't have computer screens everywhere or a big glass entrance. It’s just a door on the street. Inside, it’s mostly just the basics. We keep things tidy, though with so many people coming in and out from the dusty road, it’s a constant job. We don’t spend much time thinking about branding or stuff like that. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start the day. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but people usually sit and chat with each other while they're waiting. It’s a neighborhood clinic, and that’s how we like it. We’re just part of the local scenery here in Haridwar Colony, doing our bit.
