Mandakini Travels(Regd .)

Our office is Mandakini Travels(Regd .) and you can find us at Sharwan Nath Ghat, right near Anand Niwas in Haridwar. We have been registered for a long time and we just operate out of this little spot near the water. The daily routine usually involves a lot of paperwork and checking in with our drivers to see where they are on the road. It is a busy part of town so there is always someone popping in with a question about a bus or a private car. We have a couple of desks that are usually piled high with receipts and logbooks. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound but it keeps us cool enough in the summer. We don't spend much on advertising because people usually just see our sign when they are walking toward the ghat. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to do everything by hand in the ledger. It keeps us on our toes and ensures we don't forget anything. We have a small bench outside where drivers wait and have their lunch. It is a very local way of doing things here. We know the roads around Haridwar like the back of our hands because we hear about them every single day from everyone. Most days are long but we just stay until the last booking is sorted out for the next morning. There is always something to fix or a route to change.
