Lodhi Air Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. is situated over in Civil Lines, Roorkee. Our address is on Prem Mandir Road, which is a fairly busy part of town. We are right in the mix of things between Haridwar and Roorkee, so we see a lot of travelers passing through this corridor. The office is a basic setup where we handle all the travel bookings. It gets quite warm in the summer months, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We deal with a lot of air travel requests, but we also handle other bits and pieces of travel planning. It's a lot of typing on the keyboard and checking schedules on the screen. Sometimes people come in with a lot of questions about where to go, and we just tell them what we know from our own experience living here. We don't use fancy brochures or big sales pitches. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby in Civil Lines. They know where we are and they know we will just give them the facts. Running a travel place means you have to be ready for things to change at the last minute. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or checking on road conditions. It’s just us working away in the office, trying to keep the schedules straight for whoever walks through the door. It is a lot of routine work but we don't mind it.
