Jai Shree Ganesh Yatra Tour & Travels is located on Railway Road in Haridwar, just across the street from the Central Bank. Having the bank right there makes it very easy for us to tell people where we are. Our office is just a plain room where we handle all the logistics for travelers and yatris. We focus on getting people the right kind of vehicle for their journeys, whether they are just going to the local ghats or heading up into the higher mountain regions. It is a noisy and busy street, and we are right in the middle of all that activity every day. We have been doing this for a number of years now, and we know most of the other shopkeepers and drivers in this neighborhood. We don't have any scripted speeches or professional marketing materials to show people. We just talk to them normally and try to find a travel solution that fits what they are looking for. Some days are very quiet and we just sit and watch the traffic go by, but other days are totally hectic with groups wanting to leave at the same time. We manage the cars, check in with our drivers, and keep track of the trip schedules on a simple ledger. It is a very practical way to run a business, and it works well for us.
