Our place is over at Plot No-R-240 in Phase-3 of Shivalik Nagar. If you know Ranipur at all, you know this area is pretty busy with all kinds of businesses set up next to each other. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. It’s an industrial area, so there is always some noise or a truck moving somewhere nearby. We handle things on an international level, though it doesn't always feel like that when you're just sitting at a desk in Shivalik Nagar. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking emails to make sure everything is moving the way it should. It can be a bit stressful when a shipment gets delayed, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us making sure the work gets done right. The office is pretty basic, nothing too special to look at, just a place to get the job finished. We have a small kettle for tea which gets a lot of use during the winter months here. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. It's a living. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the plot number. Most people who need us already know where to find us. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, usually talking about the cricket score or what’s happening in the news. It’s a simple routine that gets us through.
