We are on the second floor of Galaxy Plaza, right in New Haridwar. If you find the big water tank or Sri Chandracharya Chowk, you are pretty much there. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops. We handle things like banners, signs, and local flyers. The office is filled with rolls of vinyl and the smell of ink from the printers. We’ve been here for quite some time now. It’s a family-run thing mostly. My cousin handles the printing and I talk to the people coming in to place orders. We have an old computer that still works fine for what we need. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza acts up, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s a lot of back and forth with customers making changes to their designs at the last minute. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's just a workspace where things get made and sorted. Most of our business comes from the shops nearby in the market. They need a sign or a board, and they walk up to our floor. We try to keep things simple and get the colors right on the first try. It gets hectic before festivals when everyone wants new banners all at once. We just stay late and drink tea until the orders are finished. It’s a good spot to see what’s happening in Haridwar. We are just local people doing local work.
