Doctor Dharm Veer Singh Tyagi’s place is on Baseri Road in Laksar, which is part of the Haridwar district. We don't have any neon signs or big billboards. It’s just a regular door that people know to walk through when they need something. Inside, it’s mostly just the basics—a few chairs, a desk, and the medical supplies we need for the day. We see a lot of the same people over the years, and you get to know their families and their stories. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s more like a local gathering spot where the focus happens to be on health. Haridwar can get very busy with pilgrims and travelers, but Laksar stays a bit more predictable. We open up in the morning, see who's waiting, and work through the list until we are done. There isn't much more to it than that. We just try to be a reliable presence on this road for anyone who stops by the Arya Samaj Mandir area. It’s quiet work, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
