Our factory is at F-2 in the Industrial Estate of Begrajpur. It is a solid, practical building where we do all our engineering work. There is no big fancy entrance, just a regular gate that leads into the main work area. We have got a lot of heavy machinery that has been with us for years. It is loud and it smells like oil and metal, which is how an engineering shop should be. We have a team of people who really know their way around a lathe and a milling machine. We do not go in for fancy titles or office politics. We just want to make parts that work like they are supposed to. The office is just a partitioned space in the corner where the phone rings and the invoices get filed away. Begrajpur is a good spot for us because of the other industries nearby. We often help each other out if someone is short on a specific material or tool. We do not have a sales team going around knocking on doors. People usually call us because they know we have been in the estate for a long time. The work can be tough and the hours are often long, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a pallet full of finished goods ready to be shipped out. Dayachand Engineering Industries Pvt.
