Our place is out on Rishikesh Road in the Bhupatwala area of Haridwar. We are quite close to Shanti Kunj, which is a big landmark that most people know. It's a bit further out from the main city center, so it’s a little less frantic, though the road still gets plenty of traffic going towards Rishikesh. We've been helping travelers for a few years, mostly focusing on car hires and planning out routes through the mountains. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local office with a few desks and a lot of phone calls to manage. We know the local drivers well and we trust them to handle the steep roads up north. Most of our day is spent checking schedules and making sure the cars are where they need to be. We don't use fancy scripts when we talk to people, we just tell them what we can do and what it will cost. The mountains can be unpredictable with the weather, so we always tell people to be a bit flexible with their timing. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here, just a practical way to get your travel sorted. If you're staying near Shanti Kunj or heading out towards Rishikesh, we are in a convenient spot for a quick stop. We keep things pretty straightforward and just focus on doing the job right. Sometimes we're out helping with a car, but there's almost always someone here.
