You can find us at number 10, right across from the Railway Mall Godam in Haridwar. It is also very close to the Rahi Hotel and just a short walk from the main bus stand. Haridwar is always full of energy, especially with all the people coming for the Char Dham Yatra. Our office is right in the heart of that. We spend most of our time organizing trips, checking bus timings, and talking to pilgrims who are heading up to the shrines. It is a lot of responsibility because people are counting on the transport to get them where they need to go. The area is quite noisy with the sound of trains and buses, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Our office is simple, with some chairs for people to sit and wait and a few desks for our staff. It is not a polished corporate space; it is a practical place for a transport business. Sometimes we have to deal with road closures or weather issues that change the schedules, and that keeps us busy on the phones. We just try to give people the right information and keep things moving. It is a long season, but we have a good team here that knows the ropes and just gets on with the work. We just keep things moving as much as we can during the peak season when the crowds are at their largest.
