We've been here at Plot No. 16/17 in Sector 4 for a long while now. It's a busy part of the Integrated Industrial Estate, so there’s always a lot of movement with trucks coming in and out at all hours of the day. Honestly, it gets pretty loud during the morning shift, but we’ve all grown used to the noise over the years. Our building isn't anything fancy to look at from the street, just a standard industrial setup where we keep things running as best as we can. Most mornings start with a quick check of the logs and making sure the floor is ready for whatever tasks we have lined up. Sometimes the power cuts out or a delivery shows up late, which is just part of life in this area. We don't spend time on fancy decorations or corporate events because there is always something else that needs doing. The guys on the floor know the daily routine by heart and don’t need much direction. We just focus on getting the work finished and making sure everything is packed up before the sun goes down. If you walk past our front gate, you’ll probably see a few old bikes parked there and maybe a stray dog sleeping in the shade. It’s a plain, practical place, but it’s where we spend most of our time. We just try to keep the machinery in working order and the workspace relatively clear. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do here.
