Working out of a housing project makes sense for us since we’re in the development business. It’s a busy area, and there’s always something happening with the neighbors or new people moving into the complex. We aren't some distant corporation with a headquarters in a big city far away. We’re right here on the ground in Roorkee. Our space in A-406 is pretty modest. We have our computers, some maps, and a lot of coffee. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a place where we get the work done. Being in Village Badheri Rajputan, we see the growth of the Haridwar district every day. We don't spend our time writing up big mission statements or promotional flyers. We’d rather be out at a site making sure the foundations are right. It’s a lot of practical, everyday tasks that keep a company like ours running. Some days the traffic in Roorkee is a nightmare, and other days things go smooth as silk. We just take it as it comes. We’re just a bunch of people trying to keep a business running in a place we know well. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on going anywhere else. It’s a good spot to keep an eye on things and stay connected to the community.
