Bhanot Apparels

Bhanot Apparels is based out of House Number 1003 on Lane 5 in Sainik Colony. It isn't a big storefront in a mall or anything. It’s more of a neighborhood thing. We’ve lived in Sainik Colony for years and decided to use part of the space for our apparel business. It gets a bit crowded with all the boxes and racks, but we make it work. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. Lane 5 is usually pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We like it that way. You can hear the birds sometimes while we're working. We don't have fancy lights or a big glass window. People just come to the house. It feels more personal that way, I guess. We spend a lot of time sorting through fabrics and making sure everything looks okay. Sometimes the kids are running around while we're trying to talk to a customer. It's a real family environment. We don't have a big staff, just us doing the work every day. It’s a lot of folding and packing. We try to keep things organized but in a small space, things get messy fast. We’re just regular people trying to run a small business from our home in the colony. It’s nothing fancy, just honest work and trying to pay the bills at the end of the month. We don't have a receptionist, so we just answer the door ourselves.
