We are located in Pahari Bazaar in Kankhal. If you’ve been to this part of Haridwar, you know how narrow the lanes are and how old the buildings look. It has a lot of history. Our shop is right there in the middle of it. Kankhal is a special place, much quieter and more traditional than the main Har Ki Pauri area. We spend our days here talking to travelers and locals alike. The bazaar is always full of life, with people buying spices and clothes. Our office is quite old, with thick walls that keep it a bit cooler in the summer. We started this business because we wanted to stay in our hometown. We know every shortcut and alleyway in Kankhal. Sometimes the cows block the road and everything stops for a few minutes. That’s just life here. We keep our cars parked wherever we can find a safe spot. It’s not a fancy operation. We use old notebooks to keep track of our bookings. My brother and I usually take turns at the desk. We see a lot of pilgrims coming through here on their way to the temples. We don’t have a big sign, just a small one that people recognize. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in a town we love. We don't plan on moving anywhere else. It is our home and our work. We like it that way.
