We operate out of the third floor of Rajesh Villa Flats, located in Lane Number 1 of Ramnagar, Roorkee. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a typical business district. We have been helping people with job placements from this location for quite some time. The office isn't very large, but it’s where all the work happens. We have desks set up for interviewing and processing all the applications that come in. Roorkee has a lot of people looking for opportunities, and we try to keep a list of what’s available in the surrounding area. We don't put on airs or pretend to be something we aren't. It’s just a straightforward placement service. Some days are quieter than others, giving us time to catch up on the filing. Other days, the office is full of people wanting to know about new openings. We try to be as clear as possible about what an employer is looking for. It’s important to match the right person with the right job, or it doesn't work out for anyone. We spend a lot of time talking to local business owners to see what their needs are. It’s a lot of ground work, but it’s necessary for what we do. We like being tucked away in Ramnagar; it’s a bit of a climb to the third floor, but the view is okay and the work keeps us grounded. It is just a small local operation we have been running for years.
